1. Creating your Organization

When you sign up on SetlistAI for the first time, you become the Leader/Administrator of your own group. The system automatically creates a dedicated space (tenant) that will host your schedules, members, and setlist.

2. Understanding the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your band's command center. There you can see:

• The countdown to the next active schedule.
• Important announcements and notices for the team.
• AI Alerts: smart alerts recommended by Maestro (e.g. musicians with too many schedules or songs not played recently).

3. Quick Navigation

Use the app menu on your phone or the web panel to quickly access:

• Songs: add and organize charts and keys.
• Schedules: manage dates, times, and who's playing.
• Members: manage your team and musical roles.
